  • Please feel free to bring any sensory support tools you have, such as fidget toys and comfort items, and use them as needed during your session.

  • Ellen has an array of sensory support tools for your use as well:

    • Essential Oils

    • Sage

    • Therapy Dough (Scented Putty)

    • Homeopathic & Chocolate Candies

    • Singing Bowls

    • Alexa Music by request and Sound Machines for white noise

    • Lighting Adjustments

    • Rubbing Stones

    • Blankets, Pillows, Cushions, Floor Chairs

    • Seating Accommodations

    • Sand Tray

    • Games & Toys

  • Please ask for any accommodations you need during your appointment - Ellen will support you at any point if you feel overstimulated or disregulated. Also, if you don’t prefer sitting during session, there is an additional movement room, and there are beautiful parks accessible for walks and play, or a variety of restaurants and a market if you need food.

  • Masks are currently optional. Please let Ellen know ahead of your appointment if you are feeling unwell, and she will do the same, so that you can make decisions together about how to proceed.

  • Ellen's office is not currently wheelchair accessible, and the entry is through use of stairs. Ellen does offer Telehealth services to bridge this gap and is willing to make other location arrangements if needed.

  • Ellen’s practice is HIPAA-compliant to ensure the confidentiality of every client.
